I foster digital citizens

Students recognize the rights, responsibilities and opportunities of living, learning and working in an interconnected digital world, and they act and model in ways that are safe, legal and ethical. When you earn this badge you are ready to foster digital citizens through the use of instructional strategies and technology integrations strategies that are tied to three key areas: digital self, digital agent and digital interactor. Each of the key areas is backed by research to support the development of digital citizens at the classroom level and beyond. This badge is provided to users who have passed the content knowledge assessment at our above 80% for the Digital Citizen course provided by ISTE and Metiri Group.
